By accessing and using PayChasers ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

PayChasers is operated by PayChasers ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our invoice tracking and follow-up automation platform.

PayChasers is a web-based platform that helps users:

• Track unpaid invoices and client information
• Send automated follow-up emails to clients
• Monitor payment status and overdue invoices
• Manage client communications and email templates

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with both free and paid tiers available.

Pro Plan: $9/month subscription that includes unlimited invoices, automated follow-ups, and advanced features.

Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely through LemonSqueezy.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the free plan.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring all client information entered is accurate and up-to-date
• Complying with applicable laws regarding email communications
• Obtaining consent from clients before adding their information to PayChasers
• Reviewing and approving all automated follow-up emails before they are sent
• Using the Service in a manner that does not violate any laws or regulations

Prohibited Uses: You may not use PayChasers for spam, harassment, or any unlawful communication with clients.

PayChasers is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties in relation to this Service or the information and materials provided through it.

We do not guarantee:

• That clients will respond to follow-up emails
• That invoices will be paid faster
• 100% email delivery rates
• Uninterrupted service availability

PayChasers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features within the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately, and all data associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
